First, the scale is not large

At present, there are more than 120 piston manufacturers in the country, of which less than 30 have annual sales of 100,000 yuan and sales revenue of 5 million yuan. Most piston companies cannot achieve economies of scale and economies of scale because of limited production scale, and rely on backward equipment to fight for time. Due to the small scale and obstructed production capacity, in the face of the rapid development of the industry, only the “cakes” that can be seen will be given to others. To change this situation as soon as possible, in addition to the growth factors of the company itself, the most effective method is to achieve the expansion of the company’s capital through the integration, merger, and reorganization of the enterprises to further expand market share and remain undefeated in the competition. This is a relatively popular practice in the current international economic field and a directional issue for the development of the piston industry in the future. China actively promotes joint reorganization among enterprises and builds a batch of enterprise groups with large scales as soon as possible. On this issue, we must emancipate our minds and break the regional boundaries in accordance with the requirements of the 17th National Congress of the People's Republic of China for "new breakthroughs in reform and new ideas for development." Break the boundaries of ownership, and break the boundaries of traditional professional division of labor. As long as there is a possibility of alliance between enterprises, they can boldly try to do it, and use 3-5 years to strive to create a number of enterprise groups with output value exceeding 100 million yuan.

Second, the technology is not new

The piston industry is a very small but very important part of the auto parts industry.
